What is your return policy for kitchen tools and cookware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like knives or used cookware cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How much does shipping cost within the UK?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies. Next-day delivery options are also available at checkout.

How do I care for my high-carbon steel knives?
High-carbon steel requires special care. Always hand wash and dry your knives immediately after use to prevent rust. We recommend applying a food-grade mineral oil periodically to protect the blade.

Absolutely. You can browse our schedule and book spots for our Cook School directly on our website. Gift vouchers are also available and can be redeemed for any of our classes.
