This hand mixer from Wilfa, which has a 500W motor and five speed settings, is ready to take on a wide variety of baking tasks – biscuit dough, cake batter, bread dough, and much more. It includes two sets of attachments: beaters and dough hooks. It stands upright, making it easy to set aside during food prep as well as put away for storage. The clever storage sets it apart: a two-pronged holder attaches to the mixer the way the beaters and dough hooks do during mixing (see image for reference). It also has a boost button for quick jolts of action. To release, simply press a button, click the attachments you want back in, prepare your mix, and replace with the holder once you’re finished.
