This cheese plane from Triangle's Sense series features a trowel with an integrated blade for creating thin, consistent slices of cheese. The handle is made from FSC-certified plum wood from regional German orchards, thereby supporting sustainable timber management and short transport routes. The handles are turned in the Sauerland region, then finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel.
